Merupakan Dosen di Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Timor. Saat ini sedang menempuh studi doktoral (S3) Ilmu Manajemen di Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (Unissula) Semarang sebagai penerima beasiswa LPDP, dengan fokus riset pada manajemen sumber daya manusia strategis dan ekonomi ketenagakerjaan.
