A comprehensive guide for writing and submitting scientific publication manuscripts (Monograph, Textbook, Proceedings, Reference, Thesis, and Translated Works) to be published by PT Literati Global Network. Ensure your manuscript complies with our academic layout and systematic standards prior to submission.

Document Formatting Guidelines

Paper Size Options & Margins

We provide format flexibility according to your publication type. Please use one of the following three publishing industry standards:

  • A5: 14.8 × 21 cm
  • UNESCO: 15.5 × 23 cm
  • B5: 17.6 × 25 cm
  • Page Layout: Mirror margins are required with a 2.5 cm Gutter (binding space).

Typography & Spacing

  • Font Type & Size: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
  • Line Spacing: 1.15 lines (Spacing Before/After 0 pt).
  • Alignment: Justified.
  • Indentation: The first paragraph directly below the heading must be flush left. The second and subsequent paragraphs are indented 0.75 cm.

Manuscript Structure

1. Title, Identity & Abstract

Title: Maximum 15–20 words, specific, and straightforward.
Identity: Author's name (without academic titles), full institutional affiliation, and corresponding email address.
Abstract: 1 paragraph (150–200 words) summarizing the background/urgency, methods/approaches, and findings/conceptual conclusions (without citations). Accompanied by 3–5 Keywords (alphabetical, separated by semicolons).

2. Introduction & Main Discussion

Introduction: Outlines the study's context, topic urgency, problem formulation/research gap, and writing objectives.
Discussion: The core section. Divide into logical sub-headings (Heading 2), such as Methodology & Results (for research) or thematic/conceptual frameworks (for non-research). Every claim must be supported by valid scientific citations.

3. Conclusion & Author Biography

Conclusion: A synthesis answering the writing objectives and academic implications. Introducing reference citations or new data in this section is strictly prohibited.
Author Biography: Must be typed in narrative form, maximum 250 words per author, accompanied by a high-resolution photo.

12 pt, Bold, Left Alignment, Title Case
Heading 3 (Sub-sub-heading)
12 pt, Bold & Italic, Left Alignment, Sentence case

Table & Figure Format

  • Table: Table content text should be reduced to 11 pt to ensure the data looks proportional in the book.
  • Figure/Graph: Must have high resolution (minimum 300 DPI).
  • Visual Naming: Figure titles are placed below the figures. Table titles are placed above the tables. Use Center alignment.

Reference & Scientific Citation Standards

The manuscript must contain a minimum of 15–20 recent references (at least 80% primary sources from the last 10 years). Authors are strictly required to use a reference manager (Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote). The bibliography must follow the APA Style (7th Edition) standard with a Hanging Indent format and must include DOI links.

Technical Submission Requirements

File Format: Documents must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). PDF formats will not be processed.
File Naming: Use the standard Chapter1_AuthorName_ShortTitle.docx (Example: Chapter1_Nurul Huda_HR Transformation.docx).
Select and download the manuscript template (.docx) according to the book size (A5, B5, or UNESCO) from our Author Resources center.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors must confirm that the submission complies with PT Literati Global Network official requirements by verifying each of the following points:

The manuscript is an original work, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration by any other publisher.
The similarity index has been verified and does not exceed the maximum tolerance of 20%.
The document format adheres to the official template (A5/B5/UNESCO) using Times New Roman 12pt with 1.15 line spacing.
References are formatted according to APA Style 7th Edition using reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
The author agrees to grant an Exclusive License for commercial publication to PT Literati Global Network, while Moral Rights remain with the author.

Privacy Statement

 

The names, institutional affiliations, and email addresses provided to the PT Literati Global Network publishing system will be used exclusively for editorial management, the peer-review process, and the administration of scholarly publications.

Transparency & Academic Accountability

In alignment with global standards of transparency and academic communication ethics, the email address of the corresponding author will be published openly within the final work. This practice ensures scientific accountability and facilitates ongoing engagement within the research community.

Data Syndication & Indexing

Furthermore, to maximize the discoverability, traceability, and citation impact of the publication, structured author metadata will be permanently deposited and syndicated across:

Digital Object Identifier (DOI) Agencies: Crossref for permanent DOI activation.

Academic Indexing Services: Google Scholar, Garuda, Neliti, and other recognized databases.

Commercial Distribution Channels: Affiliated platforms to ensure broad dissemination of the work.
