Author Biographies

Okto Kurnia, Universitas Mitra Bangsa

is an academic, researcher, and expert in the field of information technology. Currently, he heads the Information Systems and Technology study program at Universitas Mitra Bangsa (UMIBA). His areas of expertise focus on information systems design, fundamental databases, the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) for performance evaluation, and IT strategic planning for digital transformation and business management. He also actively publishes articles in various national scientific journals.

Winda Widya Dini, Mitra Bangsa University

is an academic and researcher in the Management study program at Universitas Mitra Bangsa (UMIBA). Her research expertise spans human resource management, organizational behavior, workplace culture, and financial performance analysis. Combining her undergraduate background in fisheries with a master's in management, she has a specific interest in exploring the intersection of managerial behavior and institutional performance, including within maritime sectors such as the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. She is an active member of the Indonesia Management Forum (FMI) and regularly publishes her scientific work in various national journals.

Muawan Bisri, Mitra Bangsa University

is an academic and IT practitioner currently serving as the Head of the Informatics Study Program at Universitas Indonesia Mandiri (UIMandiri). His expertise spans information systems development, software architecture design, and the implementation of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), decision support systems (K-Means), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). In addition to teaching, he actively contributes as an editor and peer reviewer for various national journals in computer science and information systems.
