Goliterati Management Review (GMR) maintains a pool of qualified peer reviewers (Mitra Bestari) who provide independent, double-blind evaluations of submitted manuscripts. Our reviewers are selected based on their subject-matter expertise, publication record, and commitment to scholarly integrity. The reviewer panel comprises scholars from multiple institutions and countries, ensuring diversity and impartiality in the review process.

Reviewer Selection & Qualifications

All GMR reviewers are appointed based on verified academic credentials and active research in their respective fields. Selection criteria include:

  • Academic qualification: Minimum master’s degree; doctoral degree preferred.
  • Publication record: Active publication in Scopus/WoS-indexed or reputable national journals.
  • Subject expertise: Demonstrated competence in one or more of GMR’s focus areas.
  • Independence: No competing interests with authors under review (verified per GMR’s Competing Interests Policy).
  • Commitment: Willingness to complete reviews within 21–28 days following GMR’s Reviewer Guidelines.

Reviewer Responsibilities

All GMR reviewers are expected to:

  • Provide objective, constructive, and evidence-based evaluations of assigned manuscripts.
  • Complete reviews within 21–28 days of accepting the review invitation.
  • Use GMR’s structured Peer Review Evaluation Form with 27 evaluation items across 5 sections.
  • Declare any competing interests and recuse themselves when conflicts arise.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality — not sharing, discussing, or using manuscript content for personal advantage.
  • Follow the Reviewer Guidelines for evaluation criteria and scoring standards.

Double-Blind Protocol: All reviews are conducted under a strict double-blind protocol. Reviewer identities are never disclosed to authors, and manuscripts are fully anonymized before being sent to reviewers.
